Carefree Cape’s management team is not only experienced, but they are a long-term proactive staff who strive to learn each client’s preferences. The service team includes 16 on-site service providers during the busy months and eight in the off-season. Carefree Cape employs property managers, landscapers, gardeners, a full-time handyman, and detail-oriented housekeepers. Carefree Cape also utilizes top-quality, quick-responding subcontractors from a shortlist of preferred providers, such as our master electrician and plumber – both of whom have been working with Carefree Cape from day one. Carefree Cape is insured for liability and workers' compensation.
